Can't update profile settings

I am trying to update my URL slug, but when I click "Update Profile" nothing happens; the POST request is sent but the page does not update and my settings are not changed. No errors in console. POST request body is just "true"

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
