"Dependent addon" only shows active scripts

I'm unable to set https://www.gmodstore.com/dashboard/addons/5914 as a dependent addon for https://www.gmodstore.com/dashboard/addons/5772

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
