Dashboard No Permission

Expected Behavior

Be able to access Dashboard when I have made a Job.

Actual Behavior

I get an access denied error.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Create a Job Post.
Try and goto the Dashboard.
Bam! No Permission.
