[Curator] Header message to avoid issues
This discussion was initially on the #submissions channel of the discord due to an issue we had with a creator, but here we go I will C/C some things:
I think it should be interesting to have a header as you can have when you create a support ticket on a script which has the "Message for customers" option. That header could be placed above the submission ticket and it could be 5-6 lines explaining as a creator you should **not **DM curators, you should consider curators do that in their spare time for free so it can take some time etc. Atleast maybe it would avoid that, since a lot of people think being curator is a full time job so we have to answer quickly, they don't get that it can take some time to curate scripts plus it could be useful to explain we're not at their service when they want 24/7 & we try to provide the best energy we can but we're not machines.
The idea is to avoid issues with creators who think we have to answer immediatly. I will attach a file to get an example of what could be written above submission tickets (of course it has not been written by Theodoor it's just a random example)
