Latest posts shows threads that a user isn't supposed to see

Expected Behavior

Only see the threads in the "Latest posts" list you're actually supposed to see

Actual Behavior

There's threads (+thread content tooltip) that throw a 403 when visited, yet show up in the "Latest posts" lists with tooltip thread content
